For Monday and some updates

With baby’s arrival (our 1st grandson), school, and writing adventures I haven’t posted here since August! We’ve been renovating our townhouse, finally. My apologies for the long absence. So, over the weekend I will work on choosing a few photos or at least one – that represent September and October well for us and have it up by Monday (it’ll be backdated for the month it represents).

I have been writing regularly over at the GodsDreamsForMe regularly and you’re always invited over there for your fave beverage and some conversation. Oh, and we’ve just renovated over there too.

We’re also discussing on wether to integrate this photo blog with GodsDreamsForMe, so it’s all at one site. Not sure yet. We’ll definitely give you a heads up in enough time for you to join in over there and sign up for email updates or rss. You can always slip in quietly and slip out too. No pressure.

For now, here’s a good representation of me at this time…lol. Happy creating to you all.

October Life

October made room for cooling off. Both the weather and our own activities. We caught ourselves doing too much and moving too fast. A hike and some quiet time always does the trick to get me back to unwrapping the joys.

1) Yup. Had to get Shadow his own hiking boots. He was wrecking his paws.  2) The fallen tree made for a neat obstacle course.  3) He slept a lot the day after the hike.  4) Off-the-Grid  5) David chillin’ before… 6) Renovations – both bathrooms. 7) Shadow did so well on Halloween. He had just had surgery (for hematomas) that morning. Hence, the comfy cone. His pirate hat actually protected his ears. 8) Our sons as Zorro, King Kong, and our grandson as King Kong’s banana 9) Our version of Angelica and Jack Sparrow…lol. It was so much fun.
